"I've been studying Tai Chi at Empire for over a year and a half. In that time, my balance and body awareness has improved. I am more focused, mindful and at ease. Gene's a great teacher. He understands the connections between mind and body, and the holistic benefits of Tai Chi. He takes personal interest in his students. I will study as long as he teaches. "
