Tai Chi for Balance .. PLUS
An Adaptive Tai Chi Program
for Balance
This is an adaptive Tai Chi Program, suited for fit individuals who are concerned with balance. This includes mature adults, special populations and the young and physically fit person who wants to maintain and improve balance.

The program is based upon a study conducted by the National Institute of Health at Emory University (called the Emory Study). The findings of this study showed a 50% reduction in slip-and-fall accidents amount class participants. These movements were selected for their specific, positive effect on strengthening and maintaining equilibrium.
"After I had knee replacement surgery two years ago and completed Physical Therapy, my Dr. suggested I take Tai Chi classes. Empire's Golden Ta Chi for Balance class has helped me get back to a normal life style. Tai Chi is now part of my life.

Rose G.
